We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our office in Casalecchio di Reno (BO).
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support while effectively coordinating with the sales team and other international departments across the company.
You will also manage the entry, verification, and follow-up of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at all times. FUNCTIONSRespond to and manage customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and internal platforms.Collaborate closely with the sales team and various internal departments (logistics, finance, production) in multiple countries to ensure smooth communication and alignment.Accurately enter, review, and update orders in the system, ensuring timely and efficient processing.Maintain strict oversight of customer data, meeting deadlines and adhering to established processes.Identify, report, and resolve customer service issues, continually striving to enhance the overall customer experience.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.Advanced English language skills (C1 or equivalent), both verbal and written.
Spanish is a plus.Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
