As a Customer Service Sales Representative on our team, you will:Mainly handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) of customer post sales requestsFast and effective reply to inbound queriesMake outbound calls when necessary to solve issues with customers and different internal business unitsCreate quotes and follow up with cross-selling/up-selling and a proactive service attitudeEnsure personal knowledge of the Store portfolio and post sales processes are maintainedInitiate and manage customer post sales related tasks, covering order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests, and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM and Order Status Suite with a high quality, efficient, and customer-centric approach.Your qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
