About the Role Acma's Customer Service Area Managers report directly to the Head of function and are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned business unit and region in order to achieve Customer Service results in line with commercial and budget goals.
In particular, this profile is responsible for:
Sales strategy: implementing the sales strategy and managing sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results for After Sales business lines (Spares, Upgrades, Services). Business development: contributing to the identification, design and promotion of new products and services to answer customer needs and pursuing the company growth strategy. Sales management: maintaining accurate records of sales and activities related to business and customers; coordinating the agents in the area and dealing with direct customers while supporting agents in standard proposals, if required. Offering: collaborating with the technical department to evaluate client requirements, conduct technical negotiations, and prepare commercial offers consistent with Company capabilities. The role will coordinate a team of 2-3 specialists and cooperate with regional colleagues to define commercial strategies in the assigned area.
What You Need to Be Successful Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electronic or similar). Strong passion and curiosity for technical topics. At least 4-5 years in similar roles with proven success in sales results. Customer orientation / Customer Service mindset. International experience will be considered a plus.
