The company manufactures specialist logistic, protected, and armoured vehicles in its facility in Bolzano in Northern Italy, as well as marketing IVECO's full commercial range, adapted as necessary to meet the demands of the military user.
In consequence, IDV has a full range of vehicles to meet a broad spectrum of defence applications.Customer Service Sales -- BolzanoBe part of the Customer Service Sales Team and coordinate with the Customer Service Sales Manager.Prepare quotations for Integrated Logistics and In-Service Support packages to support the fleets of vehicles manufactured by IDV and delivered to customers worldwide.Support the IDV Vehicles Sales and Proposal Management teams in the preparation of complex and structured proposals involving the supply of after sales services along with the vehicles.Evaluate the most cost-effective solution to offer based on each customer's requirements to ensure price competitiveness and adequate profitability.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should have previous experience in the Sales and Integrated Logistics Support fields.Negotiation skills are necessary.An automotive engineering and technical background is preferable.A background and practical knowledge of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Repairability and Testability disciplines is highly desirable.The ability to work and integrate in a complex and multi-disciplinary environment is required.The ability to report to and prepare dossiers for Top management is required.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to targets.Passion to achieve results.A proactive approach is essential.LanguagesAs the candidate will be dealing with colleagues and clients all over the world, a solid professional knowledge of English (spoken and written) is required.A good knowledge of one of the following languages is also desirable:FrenchSpanishGermanArabicIT SkillsExcellent knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.MobilityCandidates must be prepared to meet with clients and partners on a global basis and to undertake frequent short trips (typically up to a week) abroad.
