About the role We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will independently manage customer master data activities and be proactive in supporting customers' needs.
This role involves handling order processing, pricing, billing inquiries, and resolving customer complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
The position will be part of the Health Medical division, and will be based in Legnano's office.
What you will do Create and manage customer master data settings in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely data entry to support seamless operations.
Oversee the approval process for customer master data, promptly addressing and resolving issues to expedite customer code creation.
Work closely with the global customer master data team, communicating country-specific requirements and securing approvals for deviations from standard processes.
Regularly run reports to identify and correct errors in customer master data within SAP and CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, CRM specialists, and Business Controllers to gather data and provide necessary information.
Assist the local Customer Service team with daily operations related to order processing, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows Who you are Bachelor's degree Proven experience in customer service, particularly within international companies.
High proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of SAP (SD, MM) is essential.
Familiarity with SAP MDG and CRM tools is advantageous.
Ability to independently organize and manage daily activities effectively.
Understanding of public administration order systems and electronic invoice flows is a plus.
