What you will do: Primary Point of Contact: You'll be the first point of contact for customer and client requests.Inbound Calls: Answer inquiries from retailers, merchants, and shop owners related to their POS devices.Troubleshooting: Discover and troubleshoot issues, guiding customers toward desired outcomes.Timely Issue Resolution: Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.Excellence in Interaction: Strive for excellence in every customer interaction, promoting increased product usage and loyalty.Goal-Oriented: Commit to meeting personal and team targets. What you will bring: Language Skills: Fluency in Finnish and very good use of English (both written and spoken).Customer Support Experience: Prior work experience in a customer support role is advantageous.Communication and Problem-Solving: Exceptional communication skills, soft skills, and a problem-solving mentality.Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Android OS, advanced PC skills, and a willingness to learn.Team Spirit: Demonstrate genuine ownership and an unbreakable team spirit.Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
