**Customer Service Representative - Summer Position**:
**WE OFFER**:American Modern Insurance Group is recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Representative to join our team this summer.
As a Customer Service Representative, you play a vital role in our inbound call center supporting the Claims Department.
This includes capturing detailed information about a new claim as well as answering questions on claims previously reported.
Inquiries pertaining to settlement, status and pending documentation are examples of questions you may be asked.
This team is also staffed with licensed adjusters who are able to handle low severity claims.
We also support administrative tasks, including but not limited to imaging documents, processing letters, analyzing reconciliations, copying files, completing special projects, and setting up specialty claims.
This opportunity may extend past summer, as we get into our busiest season.
Our goal is to hire as quickly as possible, opening up with PT hours while school is still in session and extending FT hours over the summer.
Our standard hours of operation in the Claims Customer Service team are M-F, 8am to 7pm EST.
Immediate shifts may look something like are 3p-7p M-F with perhaps more opportunities via Saturday and Sunday once training is completed.
Once the student is out of school for the summer the hours would fall more in line with 8a-5p / 8:30-5:30 EST.
