Job DescriptionThe Advisor I Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiriesProvide account and application support to viewers namely concerning software functionalityProvide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settingsProvide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiriesContribute to creating brand engagement for our ClientsWho you areConcentrix is a great match if you:
