As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing phone and email support to our customers and also involved in reporting and back office tasks.
You will handle in-depth inquiries regarding the use of the dedicated customer platform, explanations over the invoicing, tracking of orders and management of fuel card ceilings.
During this 6 month internship, you will be able to develop skills in customer service but also soft skills such as negotiation, effective and empathic communication as well as teamwork.
