What you can expectAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing phone and email support to our customers and also involved in reporting and back office tasks. You will handle in-depth inquiries regarding the use of the dedicated customer platform, explanations over the invoicing, tracking of orders, and management of fuel card ceilings.
During this 6-month internship, you will be able to develop skills in customer service as well as soft skills such as negotiation, effective and empathic communication, and teamwork.
