Purpose of Position: We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative whose aim is to ensure the best support of our clients for foreign markets. He/she will be responsible for all the process from pre to post sales. The activities are to listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions, and provide information about the company's products and services. This is a key role to ensure the right management of orders, claims management, and to guarantee the constant update of the price list.

Preferably second language knowledge.IT Skills: Good knowledge of the main IT tools.
