We offer an interesting opportunity to join our customer service team, based in Bussolengo (VR) as Customer service representative, reporting to the Customer service Supervisor.
This position is entitled to follow all orders (Domestic and International), workshop material, Forecast and all specific customer request on orders management.
This position must deal with other company departments and international colleagues. Especially in Italy, it deals with Sales Team, Operations, Customer Care and Tender; in the international area it deals with Sales colleagues.
International and domestic travel is required few times in the year.
What will your contribution be? Implement and support all administrative procedure (document, invoicing steps) also giving a personal contribution with new ideas. Handle Front office conversation with Customer to address requests, complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience Run effective processes to guarantee a satisfactory Time to Market according to this part of the flow Guarantee in his area the full application of Compliance guidelines coming from Corporate as well as 231/2001 Italian law Guarantee the respect of accounting consistence according to Finance guidelines What are we looking for? High School certificate required. Experience on the tasks related to customer service relationship. Excellent English written and spoken required. Excellent German written and spoken required. Other languages (French) will be appreciated. Good use of all Office set, especially Excel What soft skills will you improve?
