Who are we looking for? We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer responsible for managing orders and handling customer requests.
Must-Have? 2-3 years of experience in similar roles and contexts, good knowledge of the English language, mental flexibility and a proactive attitude.

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for: Recording customer orders in the system, verifying data (product codes, quantities, prices), and updating information to ensure traceability;Ensuring and following up on the fulfillment of sales orders and organizing efficient transport, monitoring the process and maintaining communication with customers;Preparing required documentation, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations;Handling complaints and resolving issues by registering them in the system and collaborating with internal departments;Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Ideal Candidate 2-3 years of experience in similar roles and contexts;Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel;Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus;Good knowledge of the English language;Mental flexibility, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.What we offer: Opportunity to contribute to a progressive and dynamic company;
