At Mizuno Italy, we're looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team.

About the job Mizuno Italy is looking for a Customer Service Manager to employ in its Customer Service office in Italy. In particular, the candidate will be in charge of leading the Customer Service team.

Key responsibilities and tasks: Coordination of the Customer Service divisions in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands, working with the Customer Service Specialists within a multicultural team.Coordination and control of all phases of order management, shipping, and management of returns and complaints.Coordination with the Logistics operator.Order progress and turnover reporting.Lead all staff members of the Customer Service department (more than 15 staff).What we expect from you: 10 years' Customer Service experience in a similar position and sector.Fluent in Italian and English.Ability to prioritize.Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment.Perfect use of Office pack (Excel, PowerPoint).Soft Skills: Attitude to teamwork.Coordination and problem-solving skills.What we offer: A dynamic role within a successful and established international sports brand.
