This role will embrace teamwork and collaboration, quality performance standards, professionalism and integrity to ensure that results are timely delivered in accordance with the project objectives and implementation plan.
- The Resource will cooperate with all the major functions of the Operations & Logistics department such as Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisors, Customer Service Specialists, Asset Management, Warehouse, Kit Room to achieve "Best in Class" results for the assigned duties.
- Ensure all Compliance, SOX, FCPA and other policies and regulations are applied and followed during the execution of the project.
- Works under immediate supervision reporting to a CS Supervisor or CS Manager.
**Interface Activities**:
- Electronic invoice check on Edicom portal
- Invoicing order entry on Internal tools
- Collaborate with CS supervisors and team to support customer alignment and complete EDI integration
- Support activities in the external portal (Edicom) to manage EDI order flow
**Education**
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- Commercial education as industry or office merchant or any equivalent desirable.
- Intermediate communication capabilities in English are essential (verbal and writing).
**Experience**
- Desirable:_
- Computer / Microsoft Office / ERP Skills _(knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus)_
- Experience in Customer Service or IT roles is a plus
