Apply now for the position of Customer Service Engineer In Vitro for North-East Area. In this role you will perform installation, configuration, repairs and training on assigned hardware and software products (Automation and Clinical Chemistry/Immunoassay) within the designated area (Veneto, Trentino Alto-Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia). Your role:You will ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets.You will work with Project Management and Application Specialist to successfully implement complex solutions.You will report all activities into the ERP system to satisfy Complaint Handling processes.Interact with the Technical Solution Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper issue resolution.You will report in a timely manner all potential issues to the dedicated Complaint Unit.Your expertise:Degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent working experience in customer service environments.Good knowledge of In-Vitro diagnostics market.Knowledge of MS, networking and IT Hardware.Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed.Previous experience in Customer facing roles.Team working attitude, proactive and able to take self-initiatives.Analytical thinking.Fluent in English (written and verbally).Car License.We would prefer candidates based in Veneto (Verona or Padova), Italy.
