Based in our headquarter office in **Carpi**, Modena (Italy), we are looking for a **Customer Service** **Associate DACH **(DACH - Austria, Germany, Switzerland) accountable for the operational management of the German speaking area customers on a daily basis, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the process of order management.
This new job position is strictly related to the strong commercial development of wholesale trade in Germany/Austria/Switzerland.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
The person will be responsible for:
- Managing customer service activities on a daily basis, following the customers/agents from the order placement until the shipment of the goods, working across the sales force and the internal departments involved (purchasing, admin, logistics)
- Order placement during the Sales campaign period and refill/stock orders throughout the season;
- Follow up of the goods arrivals and assignment and handling of shipments;
- Follow up to solve potential problems related with shipments (returns, missing items, delays etc.);
- Daily communication with the sales force, agents and customers of the DACH region;
- Regular communication & work with the German team based in Germany.
**SKILLS and ATTITUDES**
- 3/4 years of work experience in a similar role in a multinational company (preferably in a têxtile industry).
- He/she has gained a Economics or Languages Degree.
- German and English Proficient level;
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and other IT skills (Excel, powerpoint );
- Strong collaboration spirit, multitasking approach and teamwork attitude;
- Eager to learn and being challenged every day;
- Has sense of urgency to provide solutions and address issues;
- Feel at ease working in a high - pressure environment;
- Well organized person.
