Customer Service CoordinatorWe are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Customer Service team. The Customer Service Coordinator will support the Customer Service Manager in managing the team and activities.
Main activities:Directly managing communications with customers and supporting the team to resolve various issuesOperational management of the back officeSupporting the CS ManagerSupport in managing relationships with external/internal warehouse/suppliers as part of the daily workflowMentoring of new resourcesGDPR ManagementRequirements:Spoken and written knowledge of Italian and English (C2)Other languages are a plusAt least 3 years prior experience as Customer Service CoordinatorLeadership, proactivity, and excellent communication skillsAbility to manage work peaks and prioritize tasksAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesFull-time employment with a commercial contract
Work week: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
