The purpose of this role is to interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.Responsibilities:Be the primary interface on a day-to-day basis with direct account responsibility for accounts in ItalyCarry out contract review on orders/schedules and process in SAP systemDirect collaboration on specific customer portalsProgress / expedite orders as requestedProcess customer returnsInvestigate credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessaryHave regular reviews with your account base to discuss OTD, backlog, general support issuesReview, action and issue all relevant order related reportsAnswer technical queries from customer as required using intranet technical reference and be able to offer alternatives using the available resources.Use Excel extensively to create and update pricing spreadsheetsProactively perform quote follow-upRequirements:2-3 years of experience in a comparable industrial Customer Service environment (B2B)Bachelor in Business Administration or similar educationExcellent Italian and English language skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExperience on SAP, E-commerceAn excellent telephone mannerThe ability to communicate with customers and people at all levels of the organization.Have an organized/methodical way of working, accurate with an eye for detailThe ability to work under pressure to tight deadlinesExcellent Excel and Word skillsIdeally have a sound product knowledge of harness componentsCompetenciesValues: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork #J-18808-Ljbffr
