Hexcel is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant F/M for a 1 year mission. The position is based in Saronno (Italy).
The person is responsible for providing administrative customer service and supports interfacing with Customer services to handle a variety of pre/post commercial back office activities. Your main goal is to assist in the implementation of the new ERP system (Microsoft D365).
Responsibilities:Support the new ERP system implementation (Microsoft D365).Oversee accurate order processing after the Customer Service PO Review.Support the Customer Service department with Credit, Debit processing and recording of goods receipt and with Receivables related tasks.Work with the Customer Service team in the Quotation process.Input accurate information into MS Excel spreadsheets and/or system, and upload into SharePoint as required.Maintain departmental file systems so that information can be retrieved quickly and efficiently.Participate in departmental assignments to maximize department efficiency.Handle mailing of administrative paperwork; answer telephone and handle inquiries.Communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner with Customer Service and sales staff.Support routine office administration tasks.Qualifications:Completed a University Degree or High School Diploma with a first similar experience.Good knowledge of main Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel; some experience/knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Axapta would be a plus.Effective communicator with people at all levels of the business.Driven, enthusiastic, autonomous and self-motivated.Fluent English both verbally and in writing.
