What will you be doing: Responsible for customer relationship management, coordinating all requests and complaints, and is owner end-to-end of the order-to-delivery flow (O2D): from processing incoming orders to the creation of the delivery that is sent to our third-party logistics provider.Handle sales operations for both on-trade and off-trade sectors, including order processing, allocation, out-of-stock issues, returns management, and daily routines.Manage customer accounts and proactively address open issues, providing timely updates to customers on relevant topics.Handle incoming tickets by addressing tasks such as adjusting delivery schedules and evaluating unexpected requests to achieve a cost-effective balance.Monitor and increase customer satisfaction by increasing service level offered and continuously identify opportunities for improvement of services. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to manage delays, unloading slots, and keg returns.Ensure that all requests and inquiries are resolved within agreed KPIs and SL.What you'll bring: Fluency in Italian C1 and English C1.Bring your forward-thinking skills to the role and embark on the adventure.Harness your energy and passion to drive customer centricity.We also offer great Benefits & Perks package!
