The team is already circa 30 people strong, working from home in US, Africa and Asia. The Job and Responsibilities The mission of the Customer Service Agent is to reply to customers, troubleshoot their problems with orders, products, and also provide advice on product choice. This job requires to work in shifts. Missions of the Executive Assistant Take inbound calls from customers Reply to chat Reply to emails Provide prompt resolution, within the agreed team KPI The right candidate The ideal profile has excellent communication, is hard working and wants to help others. Great attention to details is also key. Excellent problem solving, does not get stuck with simple issues. Strong work ethics. Important: The company uses time doctor to track working hours. This is non-negotiable. We are looking for someone with strong work ethics. This job is not a retirement plan. You need to be prepared for weeks at 50-60 hours.
