Position Summary We're looking for a Customer Service Account in Rovereto Location.
Main opportunities and challenges:
Critical analysis of current processes and tools, aimed at continuous improvement. Potential reassignment to other departments (i.e. Logistics).
Main Responsibilities Responsible for Order Fulfillment and Logistics processes of assigned customer accounts.
Responsible for Customer Forecasting for assigned customers: consistency check of forecast, forecast planning in SAP.
Responsible for Customer Master Data of assigned customers.
Responsible for the Logistics communication with assigned customers.
Participates in the editing of Logistics contracts for assigned customers.
Responsible for Price List Update of assigned customers.

Education: University master degree.
Professional background:
Even short experiences in well-structured companies is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Considered as a plus:
Fluent in other languages (i.e. German / French) is a plus.
Brilliant in communication.
