As a Customer Relations Specialist, your role will involve providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their insurance needs are met promptly and with a smile.
Get ready to: have the opportunity to create customer service processes at the Insurance Company from scratch,
communicate with customers/agents (incoming calls, email handling, chat, SM, etc.),
ensure customer satisfaction and professional service,
maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers,
accurately assess and effectively resolve customer problems,
provide customers with detailed information on insurance products,
have the ability to tailor offers to meet customer needs.
To fit here you'll need: experience in customer service,
communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team,
organised and friendly personality,
creativity, decision-making and problem-solving skills,
goal-oriented thinking,
punctuality, accuracy and responsibility for assigned tasks,
good knowledge of English (at least B1 - reading with understanding, basic customer service).
