Position Summary What is your role? We are seeking a Customer Quality Specialist that will be integrated into the team and act as a focus point between internal departments and clients. The role focuses on managing customer-related quality issues and ensuring that expected quality standards are met for all products. The successful candidate will support advanced product quality planning for new projects and products.
Essential Responsibilities Your day in the life in ITT as a Customer Quality Specialist: Manage customer complaints and reports, collaborating with internal teams to implement corrective actions. Conduct or coordinate selection and rework activities at the customer's facility. Resolve customer non-conformities using the 8D analysis. Coordinate customer visits, build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact for quality issues. Oversee internal customer complaints, including inspection of in-process and finished components. Prepare and compile APQP documentation for new products and molds, working closely with the Technical Office. Collaborate with customers from the APQP phase to production. Position Requirements What will make you our perfect match? In-depth knowledge of product and manufacturing processes. Strong understanding of control cycles and quality management within production processes. Expertise in quality standards, particularly critical characteristics with statistical controls. Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation. Familiarity with Italian and international quality standards (ISO, IATF) and Quality Management Systems. Skilled in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D. Knowledge and use of MINITAB for statistical analysis. Strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English language.
