Customer Project Manager

What will you do? Execute Customer project portfolio in full compliance with the Company process (from project transfer from tendering up to project close-out) to ensure the project on-time delivery working in coordination with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department, Sales teams, Project Buyers Organize & plan the project, monitor and control progresses Review technical specification and take decisions on technical comments raised by the customer Manage Variation Order & Claim process Manage proactively Risks & Opportunities that could impact the project Drive customer relationship during all the project execution Manage the FAT event Be accountable of Customer Satisfaction and Project deviation during execution Ensure full & effective reporting of project progress & status to management Communicate effectively with the project team and the other departments of the plant Optimise performance through lessons learned during project closing reviews. Ensure close follow up of the performances defined by the Company What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
