Customer Marketing Specialist (m/f) Bayer Crop Science is looking for a bright candidate as Customer Marketing Specialist. He/She will execute the customer marketing strategy based on customer, market, and competitor insights and following guidelines and processes of the Unit Italia and other key functions to collaborate with (CE, UPAL, MD, Sales) to create customer/company joint value. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support, execute and contribute to the broader customer marketing strategy. Implement the segment strategy and Marketing Plan by analyzing and evaluating customer insights and country market environment development for the coming years. Enable and implement the right portfolio strategy defined in collaboration with Upal and CE at the local level by providing market knowledge, customer insights, and reflecting customer needs in our systems and addressing them in the right platforms. Support the development and execution of the integrated customer and marketing campaigns aligned to the customer journey and relevant customer insights in collaboration with other key functions. Create relevant content, communication, and advertising managing the available digital channels following the Digital Roadmap and covering needs across the whole value chain while bringing new solutions. Support the definition of integrated and tailor-made customer solutions (Seed, CP, Services) and actively contribute to concept development, implementation, and marketing. Track the desired customer experience, ensure awareness of it and support its implementation in all functions. Ensure consistency and diligent use of corporate guidelines in branding and institutional image and stationary material across the area. Support and collaborate in Partnership programs and incentives in indirect markets to support channel partners in being more successful and aligned to our strategy. Participate, implement and develop demand generation activities and events. Collaborate in MF concept development and execution within the Area. WHO YOU ARE: University degree, preferably in Marketing. At least 5 years of previous experience in a marketing role, in the agrifood field is preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills with customer orientation. Demonstrated influencing skills to efficiently lead projects. Strategic mindset, analytical skills, result and goal-oriented. Excellent digital skills and open to digital approach. Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment. Good knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue.
