Customer Marketing Senior Specialist Mass Market About the role We are looking for a Customer Marketing Senior Specialist Mass Market who can develop new commercial opportunities within this channel.
Key responsibilities Developing and sustaining long term strategies with OC brands in Mass Market customers Creating commercial guidelines for Oral Care brands (price, promotion, pop materials) Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with Sales and Marketing objectives Improving brand results through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities Managing the Trade Marketing budget Responsible for client plans development in collaboration with sales managers Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned clients/retailers Meeting clients to set the Trade Marketing Plan and monitoring performances Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store execution in collaboration with marketing and sales teams Monitoring competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth Overseeing and monitoring performance of brand recognition metrics (ex.
