About the Role We are seeking a Customer Marketing Intern for our Legnano (MI) office within the Consumer Goods Business Unit to assist our Category Managers with operational tasks. The Intern is a vital member of the marketing team, tasked with designing and implementing shopper programs that enhance the conversion of our products, including Tempo, Tena, Nuvenia, and DemakUp. This role involves leading specific account activations, contributing to larger strategic shopper initiatives, and serving as a crucial link between the marketing and sales teams. What You Will Do Data Analysis: Gathering and scrutinizing customer data, including purchasing patterns, feedback, and preferences.
Campaign Support: Aiding in the design, implementation, and oversight of marketing campaigns aimed at customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engaging closely with other teams such as sales, product development, and customer support to coordinate marketing efforts with broader company objectives and client requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Observing and evaluating the success of marketing campaigns to determine their impact and propose enhancements.
Assistance with the generation and maintenance of reports, presentations, and a variety of documentation.
Involvement in meetings and workshops, offering input in discussions, and recording the details of the proceedings with comprehensive minutes and notes.
Who You Are Marketing, Business, Economics students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Understanding of marketing principles, data analysis techniques, and digital marketing tools
Familiarity with productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Good written and verbal communication skills, both in the local language and English, for creating content and interacting with customers and internal teams.
Ability to develop innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and engaging content.
Ability to manage time and priorities, working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Accuracy in handling data and creating content.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Previous experience in marketing through internships or university projects is a plus, though not always required.
