How will your job look likeThe aim of the team is to support our automotive clients and build final customer loyalty. You will be in direct contact with a portfolio of partner dealers, by sharing their database. Your main tasks will be:
Getting in touch by phone with final customers to manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance visitsAchieving individual and team targets for confirmed visitsGuiding customers through the services that the workshops' network offer to ensure a great customer experienceGathering customers' feedback by data entry on ExcelWho are you?We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to customer care and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Trainee has a Bachelor's in Economics, Communication or Humanities, as well as:
Computer literacy, especially MS OfficeItalian native speaker level and good level of English (other European languages will be an asset)Previous experience in Customer Care (front-desk or back-office) will be a great plusWorking patternMonday-Friday (hybrid)
