Dentsply Sirona is looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for promoting and selling products from the Suresmile line. The figure will also be responsible for advising dentists about the correct use of the promoted products, demonstrating their clinical potential and increasing business volume. The territory of reference is Piedmont.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell products in the Suresmile line. Plan and execute the sales strategy by seeking new customers. Implement services for the use of reference products. Provide in-person and web-based training for both internal company staff and SureSmile customers. Perform hands-on consulting (including on-site), support customers in platform management and sales and post-sales activities. Define plan and execute a customer growth experience for the customer's clinical, organizational, communication development and promotion of the SureSmile product. Ensure an excellent customer experience for SureSmile customers and drive the growth curve at all stages of implementation. Perform ongoing monitoring of data, results, and follow-up activities. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field. 5 years of experience in structured companies promoting high-tech products. Experience in the dental field, digital orthodontics, fixed orthodontics welcome. Excellent knowledge of the English language. Excellent knowledge of PC and major computer software. Willingness to travel. Commercial aptitude, sales and customer orientation. Ability to work independently and by objectives. Ability to plan, organize and aptitude for continuous improvement.
