With the aim of strengthening our Global Digital Business team we are recruiting a
**Customer Engagement Specialist**
You will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of digital campaigns utilizing the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing Cloud. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the global salesforce automation solutions, drive omnichannel digital strategies, and leverage cutting-edge digital tools to enhance customer experiences.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Work closely with IT, CRM and marketing teams to create and implement an omnichannel marketing strategy, integrating digital tools for enhanced customer experience.
- Design customer journeys and experience mapping to optimize engagement at various touchpoints.
- Develop and implement lead management strategies, fostering leads to advocates through personalized interactions and targeted campaigns and collaborate with marketing teams to outline programs that drive customer loyalty.
- Develop strategies for lead capturing from different touchpoints (social media, websites, congresses) and integrate captured leads seamlessly into the CRM system for further engagement.
- Outline and execute comprehensive automation plans for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation efforts with campaign goals.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Information technology or related fields.
- 5 years of work experience in the role in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of Pharma CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce, Veeva or IQVIA), customer journey mapping and omnichannel strategies.
- High proficiency in English.
- Ability to act innovatively and self-development as well as progress monitoring, problem solving skills and customer orientation.
