Customer Engagement Network Internship

**CEN internship_ Second Voice & Expert Coaching Model implementation Project**
**American Express**, global leader in payment services, is looking for a university or master student with strong analytical attitude and knowledge, in in our Global Services Group, the services unit related to our Card business.
**They will be involved in the following activities**:
With refer to the wide context of a new organizational model and the implementation of new way of working in our operating model you will take part in the project "Second Voice & Expert Coaching Model implementation".
You will support the Customer Engagement Network colleagues in following activities:
- Understanding operative flow and organization
- Understanding the Key Performance Indicators and their development, having an outside view
- Monitoring KPI's
- Supporting the analysis with the aim to highlight trends and area of improvement
- Preparing consistent reports
You will be able to understand and learn to work in a dynamic working environment, collaborating closely with different teams, and to deepening operational context in a wide business context such as organizational skills
**What you will need to succeed**
- You are a student at Economics & Business, Management and Computer Science or Data Science and Management
- You are fluent in English, have a good knowledge of Italian
- You have good knowledge and practice in use Office tools (in particular Excel and PPT);
- You are a good communicator
- You be motivated and good interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude
- You pay attention to details and have strong analytical skills.You are curious and thinking outside the box
