The opportunity We're currently looking for a Customer Engagement & Development Center Internship Curricular.
Someone to join our Customer Engagement in order to assist and support the team.
Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.
And someone who doesn't mind the occasional bit of sustainable travel in the service of a cleaner form of electric performance.
The Customer Engagement Center is where Polestar's Sales and Support team works in synergy with the Customer Support team.
We aim to ensure the best experience to our Customers from the moment they first approach us to the handover of their first Polestar, and beyond.
This 10-month internship position is located at our main Office in Milan city center, initially office based until autonomous level is reached.
We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed.
What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done.
And to enjoy doing it, of course.
The responsibilities In this internship, you'll be expected to assist and support the team.
Working as a member of Customer Engagement, you'll be instrumental in timely responsiveness to our community members' enquiries via our dedicated platform and supporting the CEC team with back office.
See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for: Maintaining and updating the CRM Managing the Social Media platform Sprinklr Updating website's FAQs Assisting with translations and data collection Participating to meetings and trainings in order to document developments and updates etc The ideal candidate In order to succeed in this internship, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have.
Passionate.
Collaborative.
Proactive with a problem solving mindset.
You are attentive to details, trends and metrics, with a can-do attitude.
Most importantly, you are an engaging and collaborative team player.
The ability to take the initiative, to meet deadlines and requirements, and to abandon ideas when they're not feasible.
In addition, you'll need the following qualifications: Proficient knowledge and use of social media Good Italian and English Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Chrome and\or Edge And though we have a global presence, we maintain the growth-mindset.
