Position Overview DN transactional solution enables retail customers to manage online and offline payments like credit and debit cards, paper and electronic meal vouchers, gift cards, loyalty cards, as well as Value Added Services (VAS) functions like phone top-ups and bill payments. For our delivery team, we are looking for a retail project manager that will be responsible for coordinating projects aimed to integrate our transactional solution into customer solutions. As a PM team member, he / she will be the technical interface between customers' IT departments and / or software houses, the DN competence center, and our technological partners. He / she will analyze customer and / or software houses requirements and drive the implementation of the DN transactional service solution according to the DN guidelines.
You are responsible for Managing assigned customer projects including requirements gathering, specifications design, implementation coordination, and startup activities.Ensuring implementation consistency across different customers.Cooperating with the team to improve the DN transactional solution.Analyzing, coordinating, and activating the implementation of customer change requests.Producing technical and status reports for assigned customers.Qualifications Diploma or experience in technical disciplines such as Computer Science or Electronics.Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Client Project and Program Management.Experience in the Retail market (focus on store).Basic Networking knowledge.Basic English.Willing to travel.About Us The brightest minds + technology and innovation + business transformation.
