The Business E&E & Mature Brands team is striven to support the design and the delivery of intentional, impactful customer experiences for HCPs and patients through coordinated engagements while delivering the performance of Mature Brands TA.
The focus of this role, within the Business Excellence and Execution arena, is to generate insights based on the different customer data sources (market research, advance analytics, AI and many more) to drive the right business decisions.
**Key responsibilities**:
- As Data & Analytics manager you will play a key role in supporting the strategy definition of therapeutic areas and BE&E & Mature brands team providing customer insights and partnering with the team members
- Bring insights based on the different data source available (from market research to advance analytics, AI and more) to inform and co-create business strategy and decision making for the TAs
- Be Point of Contact for Customer Data & Analytics team in the therapeutic areas
- Explore and scout the opportunity to demonstrate on the existing customer data with a centralized approach (key insights in one place)
- Work in alignments and collaborate with BE&E teams to ensure data generation will be beneficial for our value proposition, especially for the development of personalized customer journey (with the Customer Experience Team)
- Build a partnership with Region Europe / Global Teams to guarantee consistency of the insights at the country level with the above country view
- Optimally partner with internal and external customer groups (including the management of external agencies/partners)
**Es**sential Requirements**:
- University Degree (STEM area is helpful)
- Proficient Italian.
Advanced level of English
- At least 3 years of proven experience working with or within pharmaceutical industry (a previous experience with oncology and/or hematology therapeutic area will be a plus)
- A proven experience in data management & insights generation
- Experience in roles interacting cross functionally in a matrix environment with proven track record in influencing and negotiating skills, team working, business partnering, management of multiple customers
- Experience working with Global and Regional teams
- In depth understanding of the Pharma marketplace, key dynamics, competitors and market environment
- Good understanding of data analysis trends & evolution
- Expertise in business analysis / market research (desirable)
- Excellent skills in dealing with excel and power point tools
- Knowledge of data architecture, techniques and data science (desirable)
