Customer Care Support (M/F/D)

To expand our team in Oradea (Romania), we are looking for a
Customer Care Support (M/F/d)
- Core activities:_
- Direct contact with customers and carriers
- Handling of customers' requests regarding the status of deliveries
- Truck dispatching on agency basis
- Managing complaints and disputes
- Transport monitoring
- Transport document management
- Requirements:_
- A minimum of 1 year experience in the transportation and international forwarding sector
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence
- Structured and autonomous way of working
- Ability to work in a team
- Determination and stress resistance
- Strong computer skills (MS-Office)
- Good knowledge of the English language, other foreign language skills are a plus
