**Job Description** Stage** (curricolare o extra-curricolare) all'interno nostro del nostro team **Sales Customer Care** - Divisione Mobile Application.
Durante questa esperienza assisterai i colleghi del team in vari compiti, durante tutto il processo di vendita, dalle fasi iniziali al supporto post-vendita.
Avrai la possibilità di stare a stretto contatto sia con i team interni che con i clienti, acquisendo esperienza pratica in un ambiente collaborativo.
**Cosa farai in concreto**:
- ** Supporto pre-vendita**: aiutare il team del Customer Care e i venditori durante le prime fasi di vendita.
- ** Supporto prezzi**: aiutare nella preparazione delle offerte ai clienti
- ** Supporto post-vendita**: affiancherai i colleghi senior nel post-vendita, nel rispondere alle richieste e ai problemi post-vendita
- ** Comunicazione con i clienti**: aiuterai a mantenere i clienti informati e in buoni rapporti rispondendo alle loro esigenze.
- ** Comunicazione con il Plant**: aiuterai a comunicare con il team di produzione per assicurarsi che i prodotti vengano consegnati in tempo.
- ** Dati e reportistica**: utilizzerai Excel e SAP per analizzare i dati e aiutare a creare report che migliorino i processi di assistenza clienti.
**Qualifications** La persona che stiamo cercando**:
- Interesse per l'analisi dei dati e competenza in Excel. Conoscenza di SAP, anche base.
- Buone capacità comunicative e capacità di costruire relazioni con clienti e colleghi
- Attualmente studente o neolaureato/a in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o un campo correlato
- Competenze linguistiche: inglese e italiano, ad un ottimo livello scritto e parlato
