Connexx is seeking a Multilingual Customer Care Specialist with fluency in German and English, complemented by proficiency in Italian or another language. This role is perfect for an energetic, proactive individual eager to engage with our diverse customer base. You will be the frontline of providing proactive customer support,for our smart lighting projects, and adeptly handling inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels and across various Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries about their smart systemBe in charge for first level support, and be able to address all the requestProactively follow up with customers and keep them up to dateEnsuring inquiries are resolved promptly, efficiently, and courteouslyWork collaboratively with team members to optimize tasks and workflows, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer support operationsRequired Skills:
