Customer Care Specialist

Your mission Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be responsible for taking care of Customer Care activities, post Sales and Customer Satisfaction.
A few examples of your daily tasks Provide assistance and support to customers before and after sales through the chosen dialogue channels Manage problems or complaints by offering timely solutions Collaborate with other BUs to explore arising issues and ensure effective resolution Maintain a high level of knowledge of company products to provide accurate information Monitor customer feedback to collaborate on product and service improvement Coordinate device repair and replacement activities with the Operations BU Monitor trade-in practices and support incoming stock monitoring Manage and supervise online reviews Is this you?
