Role Overview As a Customer Care Representative at Satispay, you'll provide assistance and support to our customers, delivering high satisfaction through the effective resolution of their requests, problems, or doubts.
Your mission:
Customer Support: Provide professional and timely assistance to customers, resolving their issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Cross-team Collaboration: Work with various teams to address complex problems and deliver high-quality service.
