Indeed the team mission is to provide vision, guidelines and support to the whole Group Customer Care Department in terms of processes and digital tools, driven by the business and users needs.How you will support the team:You will help the colleagues in their daily activities such as:- Activation of first AI functions in CRM in the group companies: support for the testing, training phases and drafting of the necessary documentation - Support for the formal check and elaboration in CRM of the Knowledge articles produced by the Customer Service.- c Transition to Cloud of the ERP system: support for the testing phase and for the drafting of the necessary documentation More than this, you will be involved in the adoption and process tuning activities related to the Knowledge Articles new features that will enable further AI multilanguage functionalities.
