The selected candidate will join the Technical Support team at Customer Care Italia.
Role:
We are looking for a FIRST LEVEL TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The successful candidate will work with the Customer Care team and will be in charge to reply to our customer by phone, email and chat.
Activity:
Manage customer requests via phone, email, and chat. Provide support for inquiries related to domains, hosting, email, and connectivity. Analyze customer care data and report on Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics. Utilize customer support tools and business intelligence systems. Requirements:
Diploma from a Technical Institute or equivalent experience. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with direct customer interactions. Basic understanding of connectivity concepts. Excellent communication and synthesis abilities Basic proficiency in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
