For the Customer Service team of one of our sister companies we are looking for Italian Customer Advisors for 40 hours a week Where your skills are needed - Communicate directly with our customers via multiple channels' such as: email' phone or social media, - With you' we want to offer our customers a special experience in the quality' speed and quality of contact, - Passing on information to our customers on the status of the order by evaluating the erp &, contact center system, - Supporting customers in the processing of returns or complaints.
