**Partner with the best**
The Custom Stator operation Leader will be responsible to perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.
Participate in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.
Develops the year plan for the own function on the basis of the framework of the strategic plan for the whole unit.
As a Custom Stator operation Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Manage an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
Team management of salaried employees.
This does not include production supervisors who oversee hourly employees.
- Conduct frequent interactions on manager level with Engineering, maintenance, planning and enabling functions about technical and organizational alignment.
- Handles complex manufacturing processes.
Manufacturing department has to define approaches.
Variety due to customization to client needs.
- Leads a medium sized manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 5 million.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED) or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
