Responsibilities
SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicatedItalian Bank, SGSS., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).
Mission:
You will perform daily activities regarding Corporate Actions for Companies and public issuers and management of clients' cash and securities accounts to settle events.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Collection of Custodians information and study phase of the event
Preparation of a detailed information for clients
Process events in our IT system to inform the beneficial holders of the details of the events, allow the order collection and manage the proceed in the Clients' account
Support Client's requests and complains by providing solutions and answers

Profile required
Studies & experience:
Bachelor's degree Economics/Social studies
Prior experience in Financial Industry would be an asset
Language skills:
Italian – C2
English – B2
