Curricular Internship - Event Management

Posizione
- As an Event Management Intern you will:
- support the Event Management team in the organization of internal, partners' and sponsors' events, of business meetings and roadshows both in Italy and abroad.
- coordinate the organizational, logistic, administrative and reporting aspects of the events
- implementation internal events aimed at fostering a feeling of belonging to the Group and among colleagues.
- manage specific tools dedicated to the invitations (Reventoo Tool), to the room booking (Resy Tool), to digital platforms management.

- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, time management and attention to detail
- Proven digital knowledge
- Flexibility and proactive attitude to facilitate team-working, cooperation and synergies
- Willingness to join and participate in international teams
- Open mind, empathy, great curiosity
**Languages**
- Italian - proficiency
- English - proficiency
**IT skills**
- Good knowledge of Power Point, Excel and Word.
