Culture and Force Resilience Program Analyst The Opportunity: As a key member of our team, you will lead our support to culture and force resilience programs, developing and delivering solutions to promote protective cultural factors and mitigate cultural risk factors. Your role will involve providing strategic planning, administrative support, and oversight for the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of these programs. You will support the planning, execution, and administration of working groups and communications related to various initiatives, including Sexual Assault Prevention and Response, Suicide Prevention, Alcohol and Drug Deterrence, Sponsorship and Indoctrination, and Command Climate Assessment.
Additionally, you will gather, monitor, assess, and report data to higher headquarters. Collaboration with stakeholders and supporting organizations across various lines of effort will be essential to enhance the lethality, connectedness, and culture of the fighting force. You will provide communications and engagement support, conduct analysis and assessments, and create data visualizations. Furthermore, you will manage reach-back expertise for graphic design, data analysis, tools integration, strategic communications, and organizational design. You'll utilize strong strategic planning and administrative skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, proficiency in data analysis and visualization, and experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams and projects in this role.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
