Your role will involve providing strategic planning, administrative support, and oversight for the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of these programs.
You will support the planning, execution, and administration of working groups and communications related to various initiatives, including Sexual Assault Prevention and Response, Suicide Prevention, Alcohol and Drug Deterrence, Sponsorship and Indoctrination, and Command Climate Assessment.Additionally, you will gather, monitor, assess, and report data to higher headquarters.
Collaboration with stakeholders and supporting organizations across various lines of effort will be essential to enhance the lethality, connectedness, and culture of the fighting force.
You will provide communications and engagement support, conduct analysis and assessments, and create data visualizations.
Furthermore, you will manage reach-back expertise for graphic design, data analysis, tools integration, strategic communications, and organizational design.
You'll utilize strong strategic planning and administrative skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, proficiency in data analysis and visualization, and experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams and projects in this role.You Have:Experience with strategic planning, communications, and data analysisExperience managing program planning, execution, monitoring, and reportingExperience creating professional, senior-level strategic communications productsExperience planning and executing events with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Education, or Social SciencesNice If You Have:Experience in U.S. Department of Defense public affairsExperience with ADVANA, Qlik, Power BI, Databricks, Excel, SharePoint, SQL, Python, or TableauKnowledge of the U.S. Navy Command Climate Assessment processKnowledge of U.S. Navy Integrated Primary Prevention ProgramsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Education, or Social SciencesProject Management Professional CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
