ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all meal preparations, ensuring quality and timeliness.Create and manage the kitchen staff schedule, optimizing efficiency and workflow.Place and track food orders, liaising with suppliers, and managing inventory.Execute lunch services, including operating the panini truck, conducting pasta classes, and organizing BBQ events.Maintain a customer-friendly attitude while interacting with guests.Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.Speak with suppliers in English and Italian to facilitate orders and deliveries.Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met.Maintain accurate records of kitchen activities.QualificationsPrevious experience working in a kitchen, including cooking and meal preparation.Proven organizational and leadership skills.Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.Knowledge of Italian to communicate effectively with suppliers.Customer-friendly attitude with the ability to interact positively with guests.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality food preparation.Ability to manage time effectively, especially during evening shifts and weekends.Our location is remote and it is not possible to reach us by public transport.
